Introduction

Globalization is the issue which is rocking the news today. It is the process where connectivity is increasing, and business and the world markets are becoming interdependent. Thus, this entails the growth of every aspect of the economy increasing and independent. Technology is on the increase and has contributed to the rate of globalization. It has made easier for people to communicate and transact business even when they are abroad. Furthermore, Internet is an aspect that is on the increase as well and has made it possible for globalization to progress. Moreover, it is needful to say that the increase of economies has also made it possible for globalization to develop. Globalization is associated with the increase of competition thus enhancing better opportunities for those who exist. Transport and communication are among the factors that hastened the process of globalization in order to achieve a fast maturity (Schirm 2002, 37).

The world is facing the free flow of goods and services from one country to another. Therefore, this flow is what has caused the growth of laws and economies on the level of international platform. Globalization is an aspect that is not only experienced in the economic fields. This issue penetrated into politics and has changed many of its aspects. Some cultures that were predominant in the economy have been swept away by globalization. It is the same case that is happening in politics when some of cultures and laws are overlooked because of globalization. Therefore, globalization is chasing away regulations while overlooking local politics. Besides, national politics are also overlooked as an aspect of globalization; moreover, it leads to the formation of wealth and new markets as well. In addition, it also attributed to causing changes in culture and law. Also, globalization leads to unrest, suffering and disorder. Some of the incidents that have happened in the past years have shown that globalization is an aspect that leads to the deregulation but also is known as initiatives that cause global changes. Many people have termed globalization as a force which is inevitable and cannot be altered (Appadurai 2001, 61).

Globalization is considered to be a helpful aspect since it has made many countries get along very well. This aspect is not limited by law and culture but is also attributed to psychology and social issues. The rate of globalization is felt in magnitude in the economy and politics. Culture is affected by globalization as well; however, is gradually identified. Globalization was identified when trade between Dutch, British and India started. This has gone a way ahead to be noted as free markets. This trade is known to be a globalization. Furthermore, globalization is known to be a key factor that enhances better standards for people and increases employment. It can be noted in many developing countries. It is indicated that globalization is a remedy to poverty and unemployment which are two factors that are tearing up the economy. A lot of economists have stated that globalization is dependent on democracy. It is for a reason that it should be enhanced to ensure that better economy is created. The economist also explains that countries should have ultimate respect towards each other in order to help them achieve the dream of better globalization. The major results that were experienced in many countries have proved to be resourceful (Hurrell & Woods 1999, 109).

Globalization is attributed by many advantages that it has on the economy of the world. Some of the advantages include better realization of goods by customers all over the world. Thus, this is an aspect that has made the flow of goods from one country to another a simple task. Globalization has also led to the flow of cash in many of the developing countries. Such aspects as social and intermingling of cultures from one country to another are on the rise due to globalization. Though, it has some considerable effects like unemployment. Many people in countries that are developed tend to lose their jobs to cheap labour that is outsourced from different countries. Globalization is also attributed to degeneration of social behaviours and diseases that are communicable; moreover, is attributed to the reduction of culture and it is noted in many of the developed countries. However, globalization has had some impacts on the economy. Some of these impacts include free trade and increasing of business. In addition, communication between different countries of the world has increased as a result of globalization. With enhancing of globalization, the world will become the best place to live in. Moreover, it should also be regulated to ensure that unemployment and poverty will not affect people. The power of shifting is another aspect that is considerably associated with globalization (Kennedy, Messner & Nuscheler 2002, 111).

In many aspects, globalization is related to economic changes. This is an aspect that has been noted as many of the sectors of the economy seem to become interdependent. It is due to rate at which goods and services are transported from one country to another. This involves the integration of the economy between different nations. Moreover, integration leads to the growth of the global market. It is comprised of various factors such as competition, production, markets, corporation, technology and industries. Globalization is attested by the developed countries since they try to intermingle with the developing countries to form foreign trade. Globalization has come with various effects like loss of employment and poverty. Loss of employment is experienced by those who reside in developed countries and is a result of the cheap labour that is crossed from developing countries. This labour tends to work for less pay as compared to those in developing countries making it possible for corporations to employ them. Many economists have arguably explained that labour and production are not the only factors that have led to the growth of globalization. They also pointed out that technology is another issue that caused globalization. Some of the economists argue that the desire of many to turn their ideas to goods that will satisfy the needs of consumers are accelerating the level at which wealth is generated among the rich and the poor (Nederveen Pieterse 2004, 97).

Globalization is also attributed to politics. This is an aspect that has sparked remarks among many economists. A lot of economists point out that globalization is an aspect that has made countries unable to control the growth of their economies. Moreover, some economists claim that globalization has an upper hand in the changes happening in politics. Many governments are known to take charge of the population that it comprises of. Therefore, it is an aspect that is changing as a result of globalization. Furthermore, it is indicated to become a global concern and is dictated to be under various corporations like the IMF or European Union. The globalization of the economy is one which is attested through these corporations. The civil society has been attributed to have a higher effect on globalization. These societies tend to merge with the international corporation with an aim of strengthening the state of the nation. The rate of technology has led to the increase in which political aspect is a global issue. The passage of ideas and communication is very efficient and fast across different states.

The growth of these corporations was affected by globalization. The aspect of countries dealing with their own problems has received attention from other countries as a result of these corporations. Countries joining these corporations are at a liberty of following all rules that are set by corporations, and should be followed by all countries in these treaties. The majority in these treaties offer their rules which should be followed and can affect a lot of citizens in the countries. This aspect also has made many of them dependent on these countries when it comes to decision making. This aspect can lead these nations to give up their roles to the citizens with an aim to achieve the standards set by the international corporations. The aspect of free trade is one which has made countries be dependent on each other. Global economy has become integrated an aspect that has also led to the change of politics. This is attributed to the fact that states have less dominance over their economies (Munck & Gills 2002, 133).

Many of the economists claim that globalization can be limited in such a way that the competition experienced among people is cut short. This competition is known to lead to the degradation of social interactions. Many of the economists, however, claim that this globalization of politics is one which can be regulated. Also, they claim and state that the more the globalization, the more the uneasiness being experienced within many nations. They explain that makes prices of all commodities that are basic to reduce. As this happens, there is another place that faces deterioration. The demand for energy and resources that are natural becomes more prevalent causing havoc. This havoc caused is as a result of increased scramble for these materials. This makes it uneasy for countries that produce the materials in greater supply.

The continuation of this havoc is one which shows that the stability of the people is at stake. The state of globalization indicates that the life of the economy is on the growth and that new opportunities are experienced as well as uncertainty for the majority. This aspect of globalization has made it possible for the development of many economies but has led to some countries taking advantage over the others as a measure to increase their economy. It is stated that it has a considerable threat between the poor and those who are wealthy. This means that the more globalization increases. The more the developing countries will continue lagging behind as the difference between the wealthy and the poor increases.

Globalization is attributed to various issues that may become a threat to the world. Some of these issues include pollution and the use of drugs. This is a looming problem because of globalization and may increase if regulations are not taken. The use of illegal weapons and insecurity is also another aspect that is associated with globalization. Terrorism is also another issue that is on the rise because of globalization. This entails cooperation between all countries to ensure that these issues are regulated. Each country must join in order to ensure that they bring an end to these issues before they enhance more havoc to the world (Schirm, 2002, 141).

Conclusion

Globalization leads to the formation of wealth and new markets as well. Globalization is also attributed to cause changes in culture, law and politics in many countries. The aspect of interdependence of economies is what has made politics be a global issue. It should be regulated to ensure that developed and superior nations do not take advantage of the developing nations. Also, globalization should be regulated in an attempt to curb outsourcing and poverty which are threatening the safety of many citizens. The international corporations should also give developing countries a chance to deal with their own problems without publicizing it.
